Vladimir Andriyenko
Vladimir Andriyenko (1926 – 1995, Riga, Republic of Latvia) – an artist.
Vladimir Andrieyenko was born on the 28th of July 1926. He studied at Kharkov Artistic Institute (1946), and later graduated from the Latvian Academy of Arts (1952) under the supervision of professor Otto Skulme. Andriyenko started exhibiting his works from 1952. In 1977 he also held a personal exhibition in Riga. He created multifigure compositions devoted to the themes of the Second World War and modern times, and also worked in the genre of landscape painting and still life.
