Natalia Shaporina

Natalia Shaporina (born Knyazeva; 15th of November 1915, Russian Empire – 17th of February 2003, Riga, Republic of Latvia) – a costume designer at the Riga Cinema Studio since 1964.

Before Riga Cinema Studio, Shaporina worked in Moscow, Leningrad and Sverdlovsk (Yekaterinburg). Since 1964 she had been working in Riga. 

Natalia Shaporina was married to Vasily Shaporin (1915-1989) - a theatrical artist. They had two children: Sofia Yaroslavtseva (1939-1978) and Peter Shaporin (1943).
