Konstantin Sklyarevich

Konstantin Sklyarevich (1921, Moscow, Russian SFSR – 2003, Riga, Republic of Latvia) – Habilitated Doctor of Computer Science (Dr. habil. sc. comp.), professor of the Riga Institute of Civil Aviation engineering, senior researcher at the Institute of Electronics and Computer Engineering of the Latvian Academy of Sciences (1975–2003).
