Vladimir Bizyukov

Vladimir Bizyukov (1939) – was head of the Latvian administration of Civil Aviation in the 1980’s. He was an Honoured Pilot of the USSR.

In 1983 Vladimir Bizyukov promoted a special flight to save a Lithuanian girl Rasa, who urgently needed to be flown to Moscow for a foot replant operation.
