Helene Frantsman

Helene Frantsman (1912, Riga Seaside, Russian Empire – 1996, Riga, Republic of Latvia) – Doctor of Pedagogy (Dr. paed.), a specialist in the methodology of teaching Russian in national schools. Her Russian language textbooks have been used in all the republics of the USSR and also in Bulgaria.
