Eduard Meksh

Eduard Meksh (1939, Leningrad, Russian SFSR – 2005, Daugavpils, Republic of Latvia) – a specialist in literature, habilitated doctor of pedagogics, professor of the University of Daugavpils. Author of a series of monographs on the history of Russian literature. In later years studied the history and culture of the Latvian Old Believers.
