Theodore Vitram (1854, Riga, Russian Empire – 1914, Saint Petersburg, Russian Empire ) – astronomer, surveyor, Doctor of Astronomy, professor at the Nikolay Military and Naval Academy, teacher-mentor, co-founder and chairman of the Russian Astronomical Society.
