Vladimir Pirogov (1932, Oryol Oblast, Russian SFSR – 2010, Oryol, Russian Federation) – a correspondent-member of Latvian Academy of Sciences (1968), Habilitated Doctor of Computer science (Dr. habil. sc. comp.). Professor of the Riga Polytechnic Institute.
