Aleksey Tulin
Alexey Tulin (1947, Leningrad, Russian SFSR) – a doctor, surgeon, Doctor of Medicine (Dr. med.), Associated professor of the Riga Medical Institute, from 1990 to 1998 of the Latvian Medical Academy, from 1998 to 2019 of the Riga Paula Stradynya University.
