Alexander Lozinsky
Alexander Lozynsky (1868, St Petersburg, Russian Empire – 1961, Pyatigorsk, Russian SFSR) – professor, one of the founders of Latvian and Russian balneology. From 1904 to 1915- director of balneological and climatic health resort in Kemeri (Riga Seaside).
