Yakov Chapurin
Yakov Chapurin (1895, Saratov Governorate, Russian Empire – 1964, Riga, Latvian SSR) – Head of the Departament of Nervous and psychiatric deseases of the Latvian State University and then Riga Medical Institute, Head doctor of the Riga Psychiatric hospital (1949-1952).
