Natalia Sinaisky is the daughter of professor Vasily Sinaisky. She was born in Kiev. Before the Second World War she graduated from the Latvian University with the Master degree in Law. In 1944 the family of Sinaisky left Latvia and after the war they settled in Belgium. For long years Natalia Sinaisky was working in the Structures of the European Union.
