Stephan Kirillov

Stephan Kirillov (1877, Dinaburg/Daugavpils, Russian Empire –1967, Riga, Latvian SSR) –  Old Believers public and political leader.

Born in Dinaburg (Daugavpils) into Old Believers family. In 1912 was elected to the 4th State Duma of Russia from Vitebsk governorate.  Member of 3rd Saeima of Latvia.
