Olga Shilova
Olga Shilova (31st of March 1967, Ventspils, Latvian SSR) – a well-known Latvian sculptor.
Member of the Latvian Union of Artists
In 1991 Olga Shilova graduated from the department of sculpture of the Latvian Academy of Arts.
She is an associated professor of the Latvian Academy of Arts.
Her sculptures and fountains are situated in Riga, Jūrmala, Ventspils, Cēsis and Limbaži. She is the author of designs of various prizes and coins.
She participated in more than personal exhibitions and more than hundred group exhibitions in Latvia and abroad.
Her works can be found in the collections of the National Museum of Art, Jūrmala City Museum, the Bank of Latvia and Swedbank, as well as in art collections in Denmark, Japan, Spain and Latvia.
Her husband is the famous Latvian sculptor Gleb Panteleev.
Education:
1991 graduated from the Sculpture Dept. of the Latvian Academy of Arts. Master of Arts.
In 2003 took the professional improvement course at the University of Daugavpils Innovations in the system of higher education

2019 - Awarded the Order of the Three Stars of the IV class of the Republic of Latvia.
