Igor Vykhrov (1978, Riga, Latvian SSR)  –  gymnast, the first Olympic champion  in the history of independent Latvia, who won the Gold Medal in floor exercise at the 2000 Summer Olympics, and the Bronze Medals in floor exercise in 2000 the European Championships and the 2001 World Championships
