David Grimm

David  Grimm (1864, St. Petersburg, Russian Empire – 1941, Riga, Latvia / Ostland) – a lawyer, professor, rector of St. Petersburg University, member of the State Council of pre-revolutionary Russia and the Republic of Estonia. At the end of his life he moved to Riga, where he finished his earthly journey.
