Alexander Starkov
Alexander Starkov (1955, Madona, Latvian SSR) – Latvian football player and coach.
Under his management the Latvian team ranked among the best 16 teams in Europe in 2004.
On the photograph is Alexander Starkov, coach of the popular Spartak club in Russia, he worked for from 2004 to 2006.
