Vladimir Klopotovsky
Vladimir Klopotovsky (1883, St. Petersburg, Russian Empire – 1944, Latvia /Reichskommissariat Ostland) – a journalist. Known under the pseudonym Lery. During the German occupation, he was the editor-in-chief of the newspaper “Russkiy vestnik”.
