Annual ‘Days of Russian Culture’ – a tradition of the Russian minority in Latvia.

‘Days of Russian Culture’ was widely celebrated in interwar Latvia. The principal instigator of this holiday was the Riga Russian Educational Association headed by Yelpidifor Tikhonitsky.
