Blackhead’s House
One of the most beautiful buildings of Riga. The first record dates from 1334. In XIV century Russian merchants had five shops situated near this house. In XV century the building was rented to the Blackhead’s Brotherhood of unmarried foreign merchants in Riga. In 1713 the building was bayed out by the Blackheads. At the beginning of World War II the palace was destroyed. It was restored in 2000
