Vladimir Kosinsky

Vladimir Kosinsky (1868, Chernigov Governorate, Russian Empire – 1938, Riga, Republic of Latvia) – professor, specialist in the field of political economics. Worked ar the Riga Polytechnic Institute from 1901 to 1904 and at the University of Latvia from 1928 to 1938.

Having emigrated from Soviet Russia, taught at the Russian Faculty of Law in Prague untill 1928.
