Nikolay Savvich (1854, Kharkiv Governorate, Russian Empire – 1937, Riga, Republic ofLatvia) – a Deputy Chairman of the Riga Regional Court from 1894 to 1917, a member of the Legal Advice of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Latvia from 1922 to 1931, a public figure.
