Margarita Surgucheva
Margarita Surgucheva (1931, Kostroma, Russian SFSR) – a Candidate of Technical Sciences, Docent of Computing machinery departament of Riga Polytechnic Institute.
In 1973 she went to work at the Moscow Engineering and Economic Institute.
