Fyodor Serkov

Fyodor Serkov (1883, Tambov Governorate, Russian Empire – 1962, Riga, Latvian SSR) –  a teacher,  from 191 to 1915 co-owner of the Private School in Riga. In 1924–1925 – Head of the Russian Division of the Department of National Minorities of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Latvia.
